Help volunteers understand the mission and work of your organization by completing your profile. Be sure to include details about your nonprofit, your programs, and your values so that visitors can learn about what you do and why you do it.
Edit your nonprofit profile
Go to your nonprofit page from the navigation sidebar. Click the profile tab, then click edit profile to add details or make changes to your nonprofit profile.

There, you can add and manage the following elements of your nonprofit profile:
- Name
- Logo
- Banner image (horizontal orientation recommended)
- Website
- Social media (Twitter, Instagram, facebook)
- Mission
- How volunteers help
- Primary and secondary cause
- Public URL (your nonprofit URL will reflect your nonprofit name by default)
Be sure to click save once you're finished.
Your nonprofit’s primary and secondary causes will help your profile and activities appear when volunteers search for specific cause areas to contribute to.
