On Field Day, users can view event details and register to volunteer on event pages.

Register for an event
On any event page, then click the register button.
Registration is open until the event is over, in case you need to register for an in-progress event. Once you register, We’ll send you an email to confirm your registration, along with a calendar invite for the event.
You can find all of your events in the upcoming events section on your home page. Your “registered” status will appear at the bottom of each event card.
You can grab a calendar invite as soon as you register. Click add to calendar in the pop-up or on the event page.
Field Day will send you an event reminder 48 hours, and then 2 hours before your event starts. Learn more about notifications →
How registrations work
If you’re no longer able to attend an event or want to leave a waitlist, you can change your registration status by clicking the withdraw button and confirming that you’d like to withdraw. This will take you off the registration or waitlist for the event.
We’ll send you an email to confirm that you’re no longer registered for the event.
The event card will still appear in the your upcoming events section of your home page, but the status will show “withdrawn” accordingly.
If you change your mind at any point, just click back to the event page to register again.
If all volunteer slots are filled for an event, the register button on the event page will change to join waitlist. Just click the join waitlist button to be added to the waitlist for that event.
Once you join the waitlist, we’ll send you an email to confirm that you’ve joined. Your “waiting” status will appear on the event card in your upcoming events.
When a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically registered for the event and we will send you an email to confirm your registration. You will also be able to see your “registered” status on the event card in the your upcoming events section on your home page.
